Highland Park Village

OVERVIEW
The Highland Park Village Hardscape Site Upgrade enhanced one of Dallas’s most iconic retail destinations through thoughtful design and upgraded site infrastructure. Designed by Bud Creative, the project focused on elevating the pedestrian experience and improving the functionality and durability of exterior hardscape elements while maintaining the character and operational continuity of the Village.

SCOPE OF INVOLVEMENT
Elevate Project Advisors provided construction management and project management services throughout the duration of the hardscape site upgrade. Working in partnership with Cattlemen Construction Services, A CREDE Company and Gillon Property Group, the team supported project coordination, oversight, and execution to ensure the work was delivered efficiently within an active retail environment. Through close collaboration and disciplined management, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
