Elevate Project Advisors was founded on a simple belief: owners deserve a partner who is fully committed to stewarding their vision with discipline, clarity, and a deep respect for the responsibility they carry.
Founder JT Carter brings a unique combination of military training, industry experience, and community leadership to this work. A U.S. Air Force veteran, JT carries forward a mission-driven mindset and the ability to bring structure and calm to complex environments.
After seven years with Linbeck Group, LLC, where he gained invaluable experience working alongside exceptional builders and technical leaders, JT made the decision to step into an Owner’s Representative role and launch Elevate. His growth has been shaped by the mentorship and support of respected industry leaders whose guidance has helped chart a promising path ahead.
JT is deeply rooted in the Fort Worth community, serving on the Board of Directors for Cancer Care Services, supporting the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, and participating in Leadership Fort Worth’s Leading Edge program.
At Elevate Project Advisors, JT’s role is simple: reinforce the owner’s leadership by mastering the details, aligning teams, and ensuring the project advances with intention and integrity.
