SCOPE OF INVOLVEMENT
While serving as Superintendent with Linbeck Group, LLC, Elevate founder JT Carter led day-to-day construction operations supporting the delivery of the National Medal of Honor Museum. His role focused on coordinating field execution, managing trade sequencing, and maintaining schedule discipline while aligning architectural intent with constructability for a high-visibility public institution.
